2 Team Teaser Push Rules
Posted : admin On 7/26/2022The rules for pushes on teasers are generally the same everywhere. If one leg of your teaser loses, it doesn’t matter if you push or win the other side, you still lose the wager. However, a push with the rest of the legs winning will reduce the teams in the teaser. If on a 2-teamer you push and win, you push the bet. Teaser Rules & Payouts. Attention: These rules supercede information on any printed materials. On a 2 team teaser: A tie and a win is a push. A tie and a loss is a loss. Ties on a 3 or more team Teasers revert to the payout on the next teaser. Example 4 Wins and a Tie on a 5 team Teaser reduce payout to that of a 4 team Teaser, etc. A push in a regular teaser of 3 teams or more will reduce the number of plays in the teaser. For example, a 5-team teaser that has two pushes will become a 3-team teaser and the payout will be recalculated based on the new number of plays. A push or tie in any 2-team regular teaser will result in a push for the whole teaser unless the other.
A teaser is a type of bet that allows you to combine your bets on two or more different games. You can adjust the point spreads for those games from 4 to 5 points in Basketball and from 6 to 7 points in Football.
Rules:
- A ‘tie’ or ‘no action’ and a ‘win’ on a 2 team teaser shall constitute a ‘no action’ wager.
- A ‘tie’ or a ‘no action’ and a ‘loss’ on a two team teaser shall constitute a ‘losing’ wager.
- Ties on a 3 or more team teaser shall revert to the next lowest betting bracket for pay-off: for example: A 5 team teaser with one tie becomes a 4 team teaser (except on our special 3 team 10 point football or 7 point basketball teasers, on which the odds are 5/6 and ties lose).
- On our special 3 team 10 point football or 7 point basketball teasers (sometimes known as Sweetheart teasers), odds are -120 (5/6) and ties lose. Only point spreads of the same sport may be placed in these special teasers. If a selection has no-action due to postponement or cancelation, the whole sweetheart teaser will have no-action.
- You cannot combine different sports in a teaser. You can combine professional and college of the same sport.

Teasers – The Basics, The Variables, And The Payouts
Because of the extra advantage given in a greater number of points at -120 (10/12) odds, a tie (push) in this type of teaser will result in the wager being graded as a loss. If a selection has no-action due to postponement or cancelation, the whole sweetheart teaser will have no-action.
